G-Flex Press Brake Series

The Boschert Gizelis G-Flex® is the go-to series of hydraulic press brakes to adapt for a wide variety of applications.

Encompassing six different models with bending forces from 80 to 210 tons, the press brake G-Flex series is designed for speed and optimum flexibility. G-Flex press brakes all feature heavy duty finger stops. They are controlled via user-friendly color touch screen controller with 2D graphics. The G-Flex series press has advanced functions including automatic bend sequence calculation and a hand-drawn profile entry function. The G-Flex hydraulic press features an 11 kW main electric motor, single-axis back gauge system and mechanical upper and lower tool clamping. G-Flex press brakes have double upper and lower roller bearings for accurate and fast beam movement.

The G-Flex’s extra heavy-duty welded steel side frame increases the machines’ rigidity and minimizes part deformation. Beam movement is managed with two sets of double roller bearings. The hydraulic system on the G-Flex is efficient, quiet and extremely accurate. The machines have a working length of 1550 mm (distance between uprights). They also feature Y1 and Y2 independent hydraulic cylinders and proportional valve technology.
